Service Description

"This visit is not appropriate if you are currently taking controlled substances (stimulants, benzodiazepines, sleep medications etc.). Per federal and Illinois law, controlled substance prescribing requires an in-person visit prior to initiating treatment. If this applies to you, please book a New Patient In Person Visit". This appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric interview covering your mental health history, medical background, family history, and current concerns. We will review any prior records, lab work, or medications you've trialed in the past. This personalized treatment plan will include brief supportive therapy woven into the visit.
