What to expect at your first appointment

After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive mandatory clinic questionnaires via the CharmHealth portal and by text/email. Please complete these prior to your appointment day. The day of your appointment, I will retrieve you from our waiting area.

The first portion of your interview we will take vital signs, discuss your medical history, and get to know each other. We will talk about any past or current medications you're are taking.

After this we will collaboratively discuss your treatment plan including recommendations for medications.

Following your appointment, I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
