What to Expect on Testing Day 

At this time, Luna is only offering QbCheck ADHD testing in person at our office location at 2305 Village Green Drive Suite E in Champaign, IL. Your QbCheck testing will be completed after a thorough interview and evaluation. After your evaluation, you will take your test on a computer desktop in a private testing room. Your testing results will be interpreted by your provider and given at your next follow up appointment. If necessary, during that follow up appointment we can discuss treatment options including medications or referral.

1. Schedule your ADHD diagnostic evaluation (which includes QbCheck testing) on our Charmhealth EHR platform by clicking the link below. Fee is due at the time of scheduling.  

2. Visit our office location for your assessment at your scheduled time

3. Complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and interview 

4. Take your test on our desktop computer 

5. Your testing results are sent to your provider for interpretation 

6. After your test, schedule a follow up appointment through the patient portal to review results
